As a Store Manager at Tiger of Sweden you are passionate about the craftsmanship of Retail business, fashion and great service. You have the ability to inspire our employees and customers by being a role model and creating an in-store experience above expectations, every day.
The role includes, but is not limited to;
- Responsibility for daily operations, which includes planning and structuring according to sales, stock, cost-efficiency, campaigns and staffing.
- Responsibility for the commercial success of the store including working towards KPI’s, following up on sales figures, as well as identifying ways to maximize results.
- Being a visible leader who is “on the floor” for daily operations and delivers the highest level of customer service and management in the store.
- Responsibility for all store employees which includes recruiting, introducing, motivating, coaching and cultivating individual development.
- Make sure the store is efficiently and effectively scheduled and staffed, having a well-working team with the right competence and attitude, every day.
- Secure that product presentation and VM guidelines are correctly executed.
- Be an ambassador for Tiger of Sweden every day, keeping in mind the Brand Guidelines.

- Have strong people management skills and are experienced in developing employees, motivating your team towards reaching daily sales targets and achieving company goals.
- Have at least 3 years of sales experience within fashion and a focus on exceptional customer service.
- Are business minded, hardworking and ambitious leader, triggered by delivering great result, with a passion for sales.
- Are able to work under pressure and handle competing priorities.
- Are a team player who value good relationships and communicate honestly, directly and clearly with employees, managers and colleagues.
- Have experience with suiting and tailoring are appreciated but not required
- Are an accustomed user of the office package and adapts new systems easily.
- Are fluent in English, fluency in additional languages is favored.
