Job Description
Responsibility:
- Handle customer Chat and provide information
- Explaining about products.
- Handling Chat related to quires, survey and feedback.
- Handling enquiry and service chat.
- Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
Requirement:
- RMG/Typing (30 WPM with 90% Accuracy)/Grammar Assessment/Client.
- Good Written/Verbal Communication Skills & Customer Service Approach along with all
Educational & Employment Documents. - RMG Screening as per JD.
- assage/Email writing Test.
- Domestic Versant Test – VETI 4.
- Candidate should be willing to work from office.
