Job Description

Responsibility:

  • Handle customer Chat and provide information
  • Explaining about products.
  • Handling Chat related to quires, survey and feedback.
  • Handling enquiry and service chat.
  • Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
     

Requirement:

  • RMG/Typing (30 WPM with 90% Accuracy)/Grammar Assessment/Client.
  • Good Written/Verbal Communication Skills & Customer Service Approach along with all
    Educational & Employment Documents.
  • RMG Screening as per JD.
  • assage/Email writing Test.
  • Domestic Versant Test – VETI 4.
  • Candidate should be willing to work from office.

Qualification:

  • Graduate/ Undergraduate.
